Matt brings more than three decades of experience across Defence, government and industry. His work spans data governance and management, enterprise maturity and gap assessment, ICT modernisation, program delivery, capability development, business improvement, stakeholder engagement and organisational change. At Polus, Matt focuses on the organisational, governance and data foundations that determine whether transformation can succeed.
Jason Broderick — technology, systems and assurance.
Jason brings more than three decades of experience delivering complex technology and capability programs across Defence and government. His background spans program management, systems engineering, C4ISR, integration, technical governance, test and evaluation, risk and assurance. At Polus, Jason focuses on technical viability, systems integration, assurance and the disciplined translation of requirements into operational outcomes.
